🐝 What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
One-Time Sessions (Biz Clarity Audit, Offer Refresh Workshop): Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. If you miss your appointment, you’ll have one opportunity to reschedule. Refunds are not available once the session has been completed.
Content Posting Intensive: You have a 24-hour grace period after booking to request a refund or cancellation. Once the grace period ends, the service begins and is non-refundable. If you decide to end the service early, a $200 cancellation fee will apply, and you’ll still receive your completed content calendar as the final deliverable.
